There have been many advances in dentistry since we opened our doors in 1982. Some of the most significant advances have been in computer-assisted dentistry and digital imaging, greatly enhancing our ability to restore your teeth and detect early signs of decay and disease.
CEREC is like having a mini dental laboratory in our office. This revolutionary technology lets us produce a dental restoration, like a crown or bridge, in a very short time, right in our office, eliminating the traditional need for patients to wear temporary crowns for 1-2 weeks while their permanent crown is made by a lab. CEREC also uses digital scans to measure your mouth, so it also eliminates the need for messy, uncomfortable impression trays.

Our patients love these little cameras. Intraoral cameras let us capture digital images and videos from inside your mouth. Not only can they let us show you how the inside of your mouth looks, they are a useful tool for diagnosis.
Digital X-rays are replacing older film-based X-ray machines. They have many advantages, the most important to our patients being that they use much less radiation than the older X-ray systems. They produce high-quality digital images that can be stored and shared.
Panoramic X-rays move around your head while they scan to take a “landscape” image of your jaws. These images give us a complete picture of your mouth that is useful in diagnosis.
