I could go on and on about how incredible my hygienist was. Let’s be honest, most hygienists love what they do, so I usually expect a positive experience. They truly are the heartbeat of any dental practice.
My biggest concern when visiting a dental office is feeling rushed, unseen, or unheard. Too many practices move patients through like a cattle. 🐄 I understand it’s a business and bills have to be paid, but if I’m not being listened to or genuinely cared for, you won’t earn my business… and definitely not my referral.
☀️ Haley ☀️ (ray of sunshine) completely changed that experience for me. Saw my stress and gave me her squishy friend. TY 🥹 She was super sweet, thorough, transparent, and incredibly intentional. Most importantly, she listened. I was not only seen, but heard!
And for me, that is the definition of five-star service.
Dr. Hur was soft-spoken yet incredibly thorough and transparent. Normally, by the time the doctor walks in, I’ve already worked myself up, my heart is racing, anxiety through the roof but that wasn’t the case today.
This experience felt different in the best way.
